In Brief:
The proposed offshore Dublin Array windfarm, a billion euro project, would generate clean power for the capital – what could be greener? Naturalists are concerned, however, about the potential for bird deaths as migrating birds flock to winter in Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford. I attended the recent public display and consultation, held virtually.
